Fee Guidlines
At GD Public School, the fee structure is designed to ensure clarity and convenience for parents while adhering to government regulations. Please take note of the following important guidelines for fee payment:
Payment Mode:
School fees must be deposited on a monthly/quarterly basis under the Composite Fee category as specified.
Cheque/DD Details:
Ensure that the Student's Name, Class, Admission Number, and Contact Number are mentioned on the back of the Cheque/DD.
Postdated Cheques:
Postdated cheques will not be accepted.
Office Timings:
The school office will remain operational during both summer and winter vacations for fee-related queries and payments.
Payment Window:
Fees must be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month or quarter. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for payment.
Fee Receipts:
Parents are advised to keep fee deposit receipts in safe custody as proof of payment.
Refund Policy:
Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cheque Clearance:
Fee receipts will only be valid upon the successful clearance of cheques and credit in the school’s account.
Penalty for Dishonored Cheques:
A penalty of Rs 250/- will be charged for any dishonored cheques, along with applicable late fees.
Transfer Certificate (T.C.):
Transfer Certificates will be issued only after clearing all school dues up to the month in which the T.C. is requested.
Annual Increment:
A nominal increase in school fees and other miscellaneous charges will be implemented annually.
