Parent Teacher Meeting
At GD Public School, regular Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) are organized to foster collaboration and ensure alignment in the educational journey of students. These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the holistic development of their children and strengthen mutual understanding.
Participation and Coordination
Parents are encouraged to attend PTMs with their wards in proper school uniform. It is important to bring the Parent ID card on PTM day. Teachers’ remarks in the PTM Register should be carefully read and signed by the parents to acknowledge their awareness of their child’s progress.
Regular Attendance
Consistent absence of parents from PTMs will be viewed seriously, as these meetings play a crucial role in a child’s educational success.
Communication and Involvement
Parents are advised to stay informed by following instructions sent through the student diary, SMS, and circulars. They should visit the school
whenever required to address concerns or discuss their ward’s progress.
PTM Timings
Meetings are held between 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, and parents are requested to adhere to these timings.
